Toolroom milling operator — Howard County

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Howard County, Arkansas. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
