Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck.
