Coating plant operator wanted in Goodhue County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Goodhue County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Rotating shifts.
