Immediate opening: dogger (Akwa Ibom State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dogger in Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; read lift plans and method statements before starting; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams 5+ years on the tools preferred.
