Roofing foreman — Gilchrist County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Gilchrist County, Florida. The job is at a busy roofing firm. Day-to-day duties: • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Requirements: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • A good head for heights and steady balance Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
