Now hiring: we are hiring a stone mason in Watonwan County, Minnesota. You will be based on a hotel and villa renovation project. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades You will shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish.
