Abattoir worker — McKean County

Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in McKean County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
