Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Osogbo, Osun State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking.
