Toolroom milling operator wanted in Greeley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Greeley County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges You will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
