Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality checker in Borough of Rochdale, England. On the job you will handle: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Full-time with occasional weekends.
