Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Boone County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage 5+ years on the tools preferred.
