Powder spray gun operator — Putnam County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Putnam County, Illinois. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
