Concrete labourer • Hall County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Hall County, Texas. You will work on a residential housing site. What we are looking for: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Your main tasks: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
