Kitchen cook — Lawrence County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Lawrence County, Mississippi. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
