Great opportunity: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Montgomery County, Missouri. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
