Immediate opening: aluminium technician (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium technician in City of Harrisonburg, Virginia. You will be based on a residential building site. You should have: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders Day to day you will cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding.
