Wood machinist — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wood machinist in Jackson County, North Carolina. You will work at a shopfitting company. You will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Own basic hand tools Rotating shifts. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
