Grill cook — Powder River County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Powder River County, Montana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
