QC technician — Adams County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC technician in Adams County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Your main tasks: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings Rotating shifts.
