Mechanical press operator — Towns County

Now hiring: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Towns County, Georgia. The job is at a busy press shop. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely We offer $21 per hour plus benefits.
