Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
