Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Sullivan County, Missouri. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Six days a week, one day off.
