Immediate opening: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Charles City County, Virginia. The role involves: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Rotating shifts.
