Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Barton County, Kansas. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
