You should have: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Own basic hand tools an advantage The role involves read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; install toughened and laminated safety glass. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
