Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile installer in Piatt County, Illinois. Requirements: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes You will set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
