Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
