Immediate opening: fine-dining server (Colorado)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Saguache County, Colorado. You will be based in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
