Kitchen steward — Beaufort County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Performance bonus on top of base pay.
