Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Tarrant County, Texas. The job is at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
