VMC operator — Owyhee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Owyhee County, Idaho. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
