Prep cook — Nasarawa Egon

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Nasarawa Egon, Nasarawa State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
