Fine-dining server — Grenada County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Grenada County, Mississippi. The job is at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
