Fine-dining server — Clackamas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Clackamas County, Oregon. You will be based at a beach resort. You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
