Great opportunity: backhoe operator (Idaho)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Idaho County, Idaho. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
