Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Osceola County, Florida. You will work at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
