Captain waiter — Pike County

What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers.
