Now hiring: we are hiring a precision welder in Polk County, Florida. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. On a typical shift you will weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Full-time, day shift.
