Machinist — Larmurde

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machinist in Larmurde, Adamawa State. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
