Marble mason — Gallatin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a marble mason in Gallatin County, Kentucky. You will lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
