In-process quality controller • Knox County, Illinois

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Knox County, Illinois. Day to day you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data. You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Performance bonus on top of base pay.
