Scullery hand — Panola County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Panola County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
