Immediate opening: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding On the job you will handle: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
