Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Bryan County, Oklahoma. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
