Immediate opening: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
