Concrete worker — Mubi North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Mubi North, Adamawa State. You will work in a residential housing project. Day to day you will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
