Shuttering fixer • Bledsoe County, Tennessee

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. You will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
