Immediate opening: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Jefferson County, Iowa. Day to day you will work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Full-time, day shift.
