What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
