Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Forest County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Requirements: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing On the job you will handle: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
